Before your planning journey begins, I invite you to schedule a complimentary 20-minute discovery call. This is an opportunity for us to discuss your travel goals, answer any questions, and determine the planning services best suited to your needs.


Planning investments are based on the level of customization, coordination, and professional planning involved.  Planning investments begin at $75 per travelling adult.  More extensive itineraries requiring elevated customization, detailed coordination, or complex routing may require an adjusted planning investment.


The planning investment secures your customized proposal and reflects the professional care, research, and personalized service dedicated to each itinerary. All planning investments are confirmed prior to work commencing and are non-refundable once planning services have begun.
